Administrator	Primary Responsibilities: The Administrator’s primary function is to be responsible for implementation and supervision of administrative policies and administratively supervising the provision of all services. Assures documentation of services provided is accurate and timely. Implements effective budgeting and accounting systems that promotes the health and safety of the patients and oversees all agency fiscal affairs. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local, state and federal laws relating to all of the operations of the agency. Organizes and directs agency’s ongoing functions. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college/ university with experience/ education in the health care field. May be a licensed Physician, RN, Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Therapist, or a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with at least 1 year of management or supervisory experience in a health related setting. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public, the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and Medical Director. LVN Field Staff	Primary Responsibilities: Administer skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, for clients in their place of residence. Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/ family and referring agency. Assure the continuity of care through delivery of quality patient care. Monitor assigned cases to ensure compliance with requirements of third party payer. Requirements: Must be a Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing. Must hold a current Texas State License as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Must have a current Texas Driver License. A minimum 6 months experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
